Terms of Use
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These terms apply to the Suvadi app for iPhone and iPad and this website. Suvadi is made by Saravanakumar GN (“we”, “us”). By using Suvadi you agree to these terms.
License
Suvadi is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple’s Standard EULA”). These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.
Your content
You own everything you save in Suvadi. We do not claim any rights to it and do not have access to it, because it is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you save and for having the right to keep and share it.
Purchases
Suvadi is free to download and includes a limited number of saved items. Suvadi Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes that limit. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reach the free limit, you can still open, search, copy, share and delete everything you have already saved.
You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from the app’s settings using the same Apple Account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Suvadi to break the law, or to store or share content you have no right to. Do not try to reverse engineer or interfere with the app except as allowed by law.
Backups and data loss
Suvadi stores your library on your device. Keep your own backups of anything important, for example with iCloud Backup. We work hard to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost.
No warranty
Suvadi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Text recognition may not be complete or accurate for every image or document.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Suvadi. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Suvadi Pro.
Changes to Suvadi and these terms
We may update the app and these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Suvadi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, except where your local consumer protection laws give you additional rights.
