Common questions
How do I save something from another app?
Tap the Share button in Photos, Safari, Files, Mail, WhatsApp or another app, then choose Suvadi. If you don't see it, scroll to the end of the app row, tap More, and turn on Suvadi. You can save up to 10 images or files at once.
Why can't I find a word that is inside my PDF?
Suvadi reads PDFs that contain selectable text. Scanned PDFs that are only pictures of pages are saved and searchable by name, but their contents are not read yet. The item's detail screen tells you when no text was found.
Why can't I find a word in a screenshot I just saved?
Text in new images is read in the background, usually within a few seconds. Very small, blurred or handwritten text may not be recognized.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Suvadi's settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy Pro.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
The free version keeps up to 30 items. When you reach it, you can still open, search, copy, share and delete everything you saved. Only new saves need Pro.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Suvadi sync between my devices?
Not yet. Your library is stored on each device. Sync through your own private iCloud account is planned.
