Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Suvadi app for iPhone and iPad (“Suvadi”, “the app”) and this website handle information. Suvadi is made by Saravanakumar GN (“we”, “us”).

The short version

• We do not collect, store or sell your personal data.
• Everything you save in Suvadi stays on your device. We never see it.
• Text inside your screenshots and PDFs is read on your device, not on a server.
• Suvadi has no account, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking in the app.

Content you save

Text, images, PDFs and other files you save in Suvadi are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. This includes items you save from other apps through the Share button. Suvadi does not upload your content to us or to any third party.

To make content searchable, Suvadi uses Apple’s built-in technologies (Vision for text in images and PDFKit for text in PDFs) on your device. The recognized text is stored with the item on your device.

Your saved content may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) according to your own device settings. Those backups are handled by Apple or your computer, not by us.

Clipboard

Suvadi only reads your clipboard when you choose to paste or save from it. Copying an item from Suvadi places it on the clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere.

Purchases

Suvadi Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple on your device. Apple provides us with aggregated, non-identifying sales reports.

Data we collect

The app collects no data that identifies you. The App Store privacy label for Suvadi is “Data Not Collected”.

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed.

The website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If we measure visits, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites. The website has no advertising and no third-party trackers.

Future features

If we add optional features such as iCloud sync, your data will sync through your own private iCloud account, which we cannot access. We will update this policy before any such change.

Children

Suvadi is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

Because your content stays on your device, you control it. Deleting an item in Suvadi removes it and its stored file. Deleting the app removes all of its data from that device.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
